Sold out. In between the olive trees we like to promote biodiversity & variety. We plant Italian Purple garlic in the empty rows & harvest it in November or early December each year.
It is hand picked, cured on the farm, 100% organic, 100% Australian- no bleach, no sprays, no nasties.
Just beautiful garlic delicious in cooking & suitable for planting. It will last on your kitchen bench until April when the natural growing season begins so store in a cool, dark place away from direct sun light.
Our garlic is posted on Mondays to reduce warehouse times.
